Mike Barnes Tape Machine

Mike is operating a one inch video tape machine. This was the next step we took after abandoning the enormous two inch tape machines. On the right you can see the PESA routing panel, this was a huge advancement for engineering because it had the capability to route many more sources throughout engineering and the control room.
